  • Shredded coconut (unsweetened): 2 tablespoons
  • Mango chunks: 1 cup
  • Matcha tea powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Water: 1 cup
  • Kale leaves (torn pieces): 2 leaves
  • Drained white beans: 3 tablespoons


  1. Combine matcha powder, coconut, white beans, kale, mango, and banana in your blender.
  2. Add water in the blender and blend this mixture to make a smooth blend.
