  • Frozen pineapple (chopped): 2 cups
  • Arracacha powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh Spinach: 1 cup
  • Chopped banana: 1 frozen
  • Coconut milk: 3 cups
  • Avocado: 1/2


  1. Layer almond butter, arracacha powder, avocado, spinach, banana & pineapple in your blender.
  2. Pour milk or water in the blend and blend it well for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Pour in glasses with ice cubes and serve chilled.
