- Frozen pineapple (chopped): 2 cups
- Arracacha powder: 1 teaspoon
- Fresh Spinach: 1 cup
- Chopped banana: 1 frozen
- Coconut milk: 3 cups
- Avocado: 1/2
- Layer almond butter, arracacha powder, avocado, spinach, banana & pineapple in your blender.
- Pour milk or water in the blend and blend it well for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Pour in glasses with ice cubes and serve chilled.
