Total Preparation & Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
- Vegan milk (coconut, hemp, or almond milk): 2 cups
- Pitted Medjool date: 3
- Mesquite powder: 1 teaspoon
- Cacao powder: 2 teaspoons
- Sea salt: 1 pinch
- Grated vegan Chocolate: Optional
- In a food processor or blender, combine everything except chocolate. Blend all ingredients for almost 1 minute.
- Pour in your serving glasses with ice and top with some grated chocolate, if you desire.
- Serve chilled.
