  • 1 tbsp. fresh ground peanut or almond butter
  • 1 tsp. Organic Maca powder
  • 1/2 banana, medium & frozen
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla protein powder, optional
  • 1 tbsp. organic cacao powder


  1. Put everything together to a blender & blend on high speed until smooth.
