Total Preparation & Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
- 3 tsp. gelatinized Maca powder
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
- 4 ripe tomatoes, large & chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Parsley or basil, fresh to garnish
- 1 cucumber, fresh & chopped
- 2 tbsp. olive oil or 1/2 cup avocado
- Put everything together to a blender and blend on high settings until smooth. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil.
- Serve chill.
